The team is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Presales Consultant to join their dynamic team within the Applied AI Lab, focusing on B2B SaaS solutions. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with innovative AI products designed for independent medical practices in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate the value of our AI solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during the presales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and respond to RFPs with technical insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a solutions engineering or presales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies related to AI and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience: 5-8 years in a relevant field.
