About this role
The team is seeking a Solutions Architect - Presales with a strong focus on Cisco technologies. This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to gather and analyze business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing comprehensive Cisco solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Design end-to-end Cisco solutions, including Enterprise Networking (Switching, Routing, Wireless), Security (Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Duo, Umbrella, Secure Access), SD-WAN, Cloud, and Data Center solutions.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) / Bill of Materials (BoM) documentation.
- Engage in technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in presales and solution design, specifically with Cisco products and technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Cisco technologies are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role focusing on presales and solution architecture.
