About this role
The team is seeking a Solutions Architect for a 1-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. In this position, you will own the overall solution design and technical direction of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in defining the target architecture, integration approach, environment and security design, and establishing a reusable, scalable foundation for subsequent phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall solution design and architecture for the project.
- Define the target architecture and integration approach for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Establish environment and security design standards.
- Set the standards for the delivery team to follow.
- Ensure the architecture is robust and scalable for future phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of integration approaches and security design.
- Ability to create scalable and reusable architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in guiding delivery teams and setting technical standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a Solutions Architect role or similar.
