About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Odoo Solution Architect who combines strong solution architecture capabilities with hands-on Odoo development expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the technical architecture of Odoo solutions, developing complex functionalities, establishing development standards, and providing technical leadership to the Odoo development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall technical architecture of the Odoo platform.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with business objectives.
- Develop complex functionalities and custom modules within Odoo.
- Establish and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Odoo development and architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture and Odoo development.
