About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Solution/Software Architect to lead the design and development of platform software architecture utilizing AUTOSAR concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware development, focusing on connectivity and user experience domains, including multicore processing, OS scheduling, and memory layout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PSW architecture using AUTOSAR principles.
- Develop expertise in middleware, particularly in connectivity and user experience domains.
- Guide teams in creating functionally safe and cybersecurity-compliant designs.
- Train teams on translating system requirements into PSW requirements.
- Review effort estimations, design documents, and test specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software architecture and design, particularly with AUTOSAR.
- Strong knowledge of middleware development and related technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and functional safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and train teams.
- Ability to review and assess technical documentation effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software architecture or related roles, with a focus on automotive or embedded systems.
