The team is seeking a Solution Architect - Technology to take on a senior technical leadership role. This position is crucial for defining the architecture, strategy, and enterprise adoption of domain-specific Small Language Models (SLMs), multi-agent systems, and advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on SLMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the architecture for SLMs and multi-agent systems.
- Lead the design, fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, specifically with Small Language Models.
- Strong understanding of multi-agent systems and their applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
