The team is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of IT strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into actionable IT architecture and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT architecture strategies that support business goals.
- Lead the design of complex systems and ensure alignment with overall IT strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with architectural decisions, balancing immediate needs with long-term implications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market context, particularly in Wholesale Banking, Credit & Lending, and Credit Approval.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant market contexts, particularly in finance and banking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in IT architecture or related fields, with a focus on financial services.
