About this role
The team is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing on various software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
