The team is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance software quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance in a technology-driven environment.
