About this role
The team is seeking a Software Test Analyst Senior with a strong focus on Automation Testing to join their Alternative Payments Method team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality and efficiency of their payment solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, ensuring robust testing strategies are in place, and executing comprehensive test scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch using the Page Object Model and data-driven approaches.
- Define testing strategies and methodologies to ensure thorough coverage of application features.
- Write, execute, and maintain automation test scripts to validate functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and improve testing processes.
- Analyze test results and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on web applications.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a significant focus on automation.
