The team is seeking a Software Senior Engineer to join their innovative team focused on PowerScale, a leader in Unstructured Data Storage and Management. This role will involve re-architecting the software stack to meet the evolving demands of the consumer market in the GenAI era. You will play a key role in modernizing the technology through the development of advanced solutions in data storage systems, cluster management, distributed systems, and container management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions that enhance the functionality of PowerScale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development with a focus on distributed systems and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with data storage solutions and cluster management.

Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
