The team is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring that project management processes are tailored to meet customer needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in understanding the intent of key process areas.
- Support PMs in executing processes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in key gate and milestone reviews to evaluate if project milestones are achieved.
- Help PMs maintain comprehensive quality records for all projects.
- Conduct regular reviews of projects to verify that processes are implemented correctly.
- Facilitate delivery cadence reviews, driving the agenda and ensuring action items are completed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and project management support.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance software.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
