About this role
The team is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on Automation to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and developing cloud-based offerings. You will lead the validation of SaaS-based products and collaborate closely with Architects, UX experts, product managers, and other software developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for cloud-based applications.
- Conduct thorough validation and sanity checks of the product to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in software testing.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues throughout the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, specifically in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
