About this role
The team has an opening for a Software QA Engineer specializing in PIM and Enterprise Applications. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of product information management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of PIM platforms such as Inriver, Salsify, Akeneo, and Pimcore.
- Perform backend, database, and end-to-end testing to ensure system integrity.
- Validate data quality through excellent SQL skills and data validation techniques.
- Execute REST and GraphQL API testing, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Validate JSON and XML payloads for accuracy and compliance.
- Test ETL processes and data synchronization between systems.
- Assess product hierarchies, SKU variants, and attribute inheritance for correctness.
- Facilitate e-commerce integrations and product data syndication testing.
- Utilize tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, Postman, and RestAssured for automated testing.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PIM platforms and backend testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and data quality validation techniques.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL API testing methodologies.
- Experience with JSON and XML payload validation.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, TOSCA, Postman, and RestAssured.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, with a focus on PIM and enterprise applications.
