About this role
The team is seeking a Software QA Engineer III with expertise in Playwright and Postman to join their innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of their Intelligent Banking solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright and Postman.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the overall QA strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Playwright and Postman for automated testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
