The team is seeking a skilled Software Project Manager to oversee and manage software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping, requirement analysis, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct project scoping and requirement analysis to define project objectives.
- Manage project effort, time, and cost budgeting to ensure resource allocation is efficient.
- Develop project plans and blueprints to guide the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project tracking and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in deliverables.
- Manage change effectively and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery management by coordinating with various teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in software project management.
- Proficient in project estimation techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
