The team is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend platforms and cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design and development of backend systems.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate talent development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and team management, particularly with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years in software development and management roles.
