The team is a SaaS healthtech company focused on building innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the development process, including the data model, architecture, and management of the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
