About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Senior Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your development team on projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. You will work alongside subject matter experts to accurately interpret business logic for engineering purposes. The ideal candidate will refactor and wrap models provided by Data Scientists into production-ready batch processing jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions.
- Refactor and optimize machine learning models for production environments.
- Develop batch processing jobs that integrate with existing systems.
- Work with Data Scientists to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data processing tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
