About this role
The team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a focus on Google Cloud Platform to lead their digital health initiatives. This role emphasizes end-to-end product development, technology architecture, and team leadership within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C consumer digital health services.
- Architect and build cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including servers, databases, and AI health solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the platform.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management, with a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with SaaS product development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of database management and AI technologies in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
