The team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager specializing in Embedded Wireless Networking. This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop innovative low-power wireless connectivity solutions that enhance device connectivity and improve user experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of embedded software for various wireless applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development of embedded wireless networking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Drive the software development lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in embedded software development, particularly in wireless networking technologies.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with real-time operating systems.
- Experience with wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, or Wi-Fi.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
