We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager for a full-time onsite role based in Ahmedabad. The Software Engineering Manager will lead and mentor software engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a software engineering management role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
