The team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering squads in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role focuses on continuous and iterative improvement through effective planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to drive strategic outcomes and ensure alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality and quantity of engineering delivery within squads.
- Work with Product Managers, Architects, and Leads to define complex software processes.
- Conduct requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling to translate stakeholder needs into software solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering teams.
- Provide thought leadership and execution guidance to achieve strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering management with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
