The team is seeking a Software Engineering Lead Analyst to provide professional input to complex software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and modifying procedures to solve highly complex problems while considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and debug software programs.
- Perform systems analysis functions to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
