The team is seeking a Software Engineering Capability Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving the analytics agenda in collaboration with the business leadership team. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify and integrate best-in-class external partners to enhance project delivery and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leadership to execute the analytics agenda.
- Identify and incubate external partners to support strategic project delivery.
- Develop custom models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends that enhance long-term business performance.
- Execute the business analytics program agenda with a methodical approach, clearly communicating the value of business analytics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and analytics, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling and algorithm development.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and analytics.
