They are seeking a superstar Software Engineer Tech Lead to guide a software development team through technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for defining architecture, selecting technologies, and delivering high-quality, scalable multi-tier SaaS and on-premise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Define and implement software architecture and design patterns for new and existing applications.
- Select appropriate technologies and tools to enhance development processes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET development and architecture.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage team dynamics.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
