About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer - SQL Developer to join their dynamic team. This hands-on technical role will support engineering and audit teams across the US, India, and Canada by facilitating client data conversion and developing, delivering, and supporting audit tools, data, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Access applications using VBA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively.
- Handle and analyze very large datasets, preferably using SQL Server.
- Mine data to identify anomalies and errors within client business processes.
- Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
- Provide support and training for audit tools and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with Microsoft Access application development (VBA).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling large datasets.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering or a related field, with a focus on SQL development and data analysis.
