The team is seeking a Software Engineer for a 3-month contract, focusing on front-end development. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt, deliver value from day one, and enjoys solving complex problems while working closely with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team across product, technology, and consultancy to implement solutions.
- Develop proof-of-concept applications and reusable code samples.
- Create automation scripts to enhance efficiency.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide delivery from concept through to completion.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Strong front-end development expertise, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or SvelteKit.
- Experience in building user-friendly and accessible interfaces using CSS.
- Familiarity with component-based architectures and API-driven systems.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and optimizing for performance, scalability, and SEO.
- Proficient in debugging integrations and using tools like browser developer tools for troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, particularly in front-end development.
