About this role
The team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive test planning, execution, and automation of test cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Conduct manual testing including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
