About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and AWS, along with a strong background in React. In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT Quality team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop advanced solutions that are critical to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and React.
- Build and consume APIs to facilitate seamless integration between services.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other RDBMS.
- Implement server-side programming frameworks and ensure best practices in coding.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Angular.js or React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Java and J2EE is a plus.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with Node.js and AWS.
