The team is seeking a Software Engineer in Test at the Vice President level to join their Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. This role demands a hands-on test engineer with managerial experience, who can understand, enhance, and implement existing automation test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Development and Testing teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer in Test or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
