The team is seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Quality Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality software through automation and engineering excellence. You will tackle complex testing challenges, develop scalable automation frameworks, and leverage the latest technologies to enhance software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and testing needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
