About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III with expertise in C++ to join their Formula Services Team. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and applications that support over half a million formulas, utilized by 80,000 global clients.
In this role, you will oversee workflows that involve development, analytics, profiling, and testing of the Formula development workflow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and reliability of the formula services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality C++ applications and services.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows for performance and efficiency.
- Conduct profiling and testing of formula development processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
- Experience with full stack development, including front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with database management and data analytics.
- Understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in C++.
