About this role
As a Software Engineer III, you will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable backend solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, frontend engineering, QA, and platform engineering to deliver high-quality software. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the sustainability of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to define and refine product requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
- Own end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment.
- Improve platform performance and reliability.
- Drive engineering best practices and contribute to code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
