The team is seeking a Software Engineer (II) - Commodity EngineerIII to join their team in Chennai. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring four days in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance the efficiency of commodity management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications for commodity engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Contribute to the documentation of software designs and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on commodity engineering or related fields.
