About this role
The team is a global compliance orchestration platform that assists fintechs, marketplaces, and payment companies in verifying and onboarding customers worldwide. They are currently seeking a Software Engineer II to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role will focus on building AI-powered compliance agents that will enhance their services in KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and risk scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support compliance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in compliance or fintech domains.
