About this role
We are seeking a Software Engineer II to take ownership of discrete features and workstreams on the EnCore ERP platform. In this role, you will work independently on familiar domains while collaborating with the team to deliver predictable, high-quality output. You will bridge the gap between individual contributor and technical leader, owning end-to-end implementation, including testing, code review, and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement features for the EnCore ERP platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant software engineering experience, preferably in ERP systems or similar applications.
