About this role
The team is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join their Continuous Product Delivery (CPD) team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term stability and user satisfaction of our on-premise data backup and management solutions. You will collaborate closely with core engineering, product management, and support teams to enhance the identity and access layer that secures our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IAM features for on-premise data backup and management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
- Ensure the security and integrity of user data through effective IAM practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with IAM technologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and on-premise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on IAM or related fields.
