The team is seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Full Stack development and AI to join their innovative team. This role focuses on developing a technology-led background verification platform that enhances the employee screening process for employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production-grade front-end and back-end features for the platform.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations using Angular/React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Debug, test, and improve application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the existing system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in software development.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Full Stack and AI applications.
