The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in EDR management to enhance their IT security initiatives. In this role, you will actively drive IT security response engagements to completion and support the validation of security requirements for IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of 9 SOC analysts and subject matter experts to strengthen security protocols.
- Participate in the development of innovative cyber security offerings.
- Consult on operational practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- Engage in proactive threat hunting to identify and mitigate potential incidents.
- Guide and mentor fellow analysts in the investigation and resolution of security threats and incidents.
- Review and enhance existing security measures and protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in EDR management and IT security practices.
- Proficiency in threat detection and incident response methodologies.
- Familiarity with security tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and IT security.
