The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Backend) to join their innovative team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing a device-first fraud intelligence platform that leverages advanced technology to combat fraud across various applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support the fraud intelligence platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs, as well as optimize existing code for improved efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in backend software development.
