About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer - Android to join their dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Android applications and SDK components. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to feature development for Android applications and SDK components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify technical requirements.
- Assist in integrating RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration practices.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Android application development.
