The team is seeking a Software Engineer to join their newly established Tech Hub in India. As one of the first hires, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that enhance customer loyalty experiences for global brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the best practices are implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web development frameworks like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant software development experience.
