The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their Engineering team, which is responsible for developing the digital backbone of the bank that drives user experiences. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and monitor backend services in production.
- Collaborate with application teams to implement best practices for system performance and scalability.
- Maintain and update the strategic technology roadmap to align with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend development technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field is required.
