The team is seeking a Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing correct and clean code, adhering to best practices, and continuously improving your skills. You will participate in technical design decisions and focus on developing expertise in specific areas of the codebase while maintaining a high-level understanding of other components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in technical design discussions and decision-making.
- Attain expertise in one or more areas of the codebase.
- Provide support for your designated area and assist with unfamiliar components.
- Offer timely and constructive feedback to peers and managers.
- Communicate assumptions and challenges effectively within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant software development experience.
