About this role
The team is a global multi-million-dollar technology company specializing in software products within the aviation domain, with a cutting-edge technology center located in Pune. They are seeking a talented Software Engineer who can effectively leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) throughout the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain production-grade applications using Python or Go.
- Utilize AI/LLMs for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Integrate AI into CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, and engineering workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted solutions for log analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident management.
- Create and integrate LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and automation processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Python or Go programming languages.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) / LLMs and AI-assisted development techniques.
- Proficiency with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in production troubleshooting, monitoring, and RCA.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Model-Centric Programming (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, AIOps, and LLM evaluation & guardrails.
