The team is seeking a Software Engineer 3 who is innovative and passionate about quality, technology, and fulfilling customer needs. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and involves working directly with engineering teams across Europe while collaborating with a US-based Product and Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify the best solutions for customer needs.
- Take ownership of planning, analyzing, and developing software applications.
- Participate in cross-functional team activities to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development or a related field.
