The team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as overseeing software programming initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional departments to ensure effective communication of project statuses and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software validation and testing methods.
- Direct software programming initiatives and manage the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to communicate project updates and proposals.
- Analyze data to coordinate the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and provide insights for improvements.
- Communicate key project data to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of software validation and testing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
