About this role
The team is seeking a Software Engineer 2 with a strong background in Java to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Utilize Tomcat for deployment and management of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and related work experience in Java.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with web application development.
- Experience with Tomcat and other deployment tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
