About this role
As a Software Engineer 2, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs, and general business environment, creating effective software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation, review, and evaluation of software and storage requirements and specifications.
- Prepare written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements.
- Use defined software lifecycle methodologies to guide development processes.
- Review and implement test strategies for software to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop software solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
